This depends drastically on the size of the basement and what you need done and off course the amount of upgrades you chose. So if you’re having a 3 piece bathroom in your basement, this will increase the cost of your project per SqFt, and surprising enough to many, the bigger the basement the lower the cost per SqFt.

Again, this depends on the size of the project and the amount of details we need to go though. Normally most jobs would take us 4 weeks to finish.

Part of our Guarantee is a Time Guarantee, the delivery time you’ll have in your contract (and yes you have a formal contract from us) is guaranteed, so if we don’t meet our agreed upon deadline, we pay you $100 penealty for every business day delay.

For most of the material used, we must use our own material, and we have a vast selection of materials you can choose from, but we’re flexible with some minor items like vanity mirrors, facets, or some light fixtures. If you buy any of these items, you’ll receive credit for the cost saved on our part.

Off course we guarantee our work. We’re proud of the work we do, and we’ll give you a one year guarantee for the work done starting the day the project is completed.

We have two alternatives when it comes to permits, either we provide you with the required engineered drawings, and you apply for your permits, or we can do the whole job for you. Cost associated with each alternative off course if different.
