Frequently Asked Questions
How much would it cost to finish my basement?
This is one of the moist asked questions, and while it’s not an easy answer, a typical range would be from $27 – $55/SqFt as a range. This depends drastically on the size of the basement and what you need done and off course the amount of upgrades you chose. So if you’re having a 3 piece bathroom in your basement, this will increase the cost of your project per SqFt, and surprising enough to many, the bigger the basement the lower the cost per SqFt.
How long would it take you to finish my project?
Again, this depends on the size of the project and the amount of details we need to go though. Normally most jobs would take us 4 weeks to finish.
Most companies would say they’ll finish in 1 or 2 months, but time will get extended and drag to 4-6month? Will you do the same.
Part of our Guarantee is a Time Guarantee, the delivery time you’ll have in your contract (and yes you have a formal contract from us) is guaranteed, so if we don’t meet our agreed upon deadline, we pay you $100 penealty for every business day delay.
Can I buy my own material and you do the job?
For most of the material used, we must use our own material, and we have a vast selection of materials you can choose from, but we’re flexible with some minor items like vanity mirrors, facets, or some light fixtures. If you buy any of these items, you’ll receive credit for the cost saved on our part.
Do you get me the Permits needed, or do I have to do that?
We have two alternatives when it comes to permits, either we provide you with the required engineered drawings, and you apply for your permits, or we can do the whole job for you. Cost associated with each alternative off course if different.
Do you have any Warranty, and how long?
Off course we guarantee our work. We’re proud of the work we do, and we’ll give you a one year guarantee for the work done starting the day the project is completed.
